Everyone deserves a safe and respectful environment when competing. If you ever experience harassment during a tournament — whether in chat, voice, or through actions — here’s what to do.

✅ Step 1: Stay Calm and Do Not Engage

  • Avoid replying with insults or escalating the situation.

  • Simply focus on collecting proof and finishing your match.

✅ Step 2: Collect Evidence

  • Take screenshots or video clips of the harassment.

  • Make sure the player’s username and the offensive messages/actions are clearly visible.

✅ Step 3: Report the Player in Chat

  • Tap directly on the harassing player’s chat message.

  • Select Report and choose the reason (e.g., harassment, offensive language).

  • This automatically sends the report to the Fair Play team for review.

✅ Step 4: Contact Support (if needed)

  • If the harassment continues or was especially serious, you can also submit a Support Ticket.
  • Attach your evidence (screenshots, match ID, chat logs).
  • The Support team will review your case and take appropriate action.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All reports are carefully reviewed before action is taken.

  • Depending on severity, players may receive warnings, penalty points, temporary bans, or permanent suspension.

  • Submitting false or abusive reports can result in penalties against the reporter.

👉 Remember: Your safety matters. By reporting harassment, you not only protect yourself but also help maintain a respectful tournament environment for everyone.
