Difference Between "Submit Your Ticket" and "Let's Chat"

When you visit the escs support site, you'll notice two options: "Submit Your Ticket" at the top left and "Let's Chat" at the bottom left. These options serve different purposes.
Submit your ticket
Clicking on "Submit Your Ticket" opens a window where you need to enter your info and describe your issue. This creates a ticket in our system. Even if our support team cannot completely resolve your issue, the ticket will be forwarded to our developers for further assistance.
Let`s chat
Selecting "Let's Chat" initiates a conversation with our AI assistant. If the AI is unable to address your query, it will connect you with a support representative for further help.
By understanding the difference between these options, you can choose the most appropriate way to get the support you need quickly and efficiently.
