💸 When Refunds Apply

  • Technical Issues: If a match did not take place due to a technical error on the platform, you are eligible for a refund.


    • Example: Server outage, system crash, or failure preventing the match from starting.

🚫 When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not issued in the following cases:


  • The match took place but you lost.

  • You changed your mind after joining a tournament or match and didn`t exit in time.

  • You violated platform rules or received penalties/bans.

âš¡ How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds happen automatically when eligible.

  • There is no need to contact Support.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
